Cancellations Prior to Dispatch
You are entitled to cancel an order either within 24 hours from the time of purchase or before the package has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

If the request qualifies under the stated timeframe, a complete refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. However, once delivered, you retain the option to submit a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Adjustments
We are unable to make any modifications to ordered items or delivery details once the purchase has been placed. Should changes be necessary, you will need to cancel the existing order (if within eligibility) and initiate a new order.
