Shipping Coverage  

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At present, international shipping facilities are not available.  

Order Handling Time  

All confirmed orders are usually prepared and processed within 1-2 business days, not counting weekends or recognized public holidays. Once the order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email containing all order details will be sent to you.  

Estimated Delivery Duration  

The standard delivery period ranges between 3-8 business days. This timeline allows us to ensure your fashion essentials are delivered to you in a secure and efficient manner.  

Unsuccessful Delivery Scenarios  

If an order cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers have the option to request that the package be shipped again.  

Shipments That Are Damaged or Lost  

Should your order arrive in a damaged state, we request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the condition. If a shipment goes missing while in transit, a refund or replacement will be processed after confirmation from the courier partner.
