By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed below regarding returns and refunds. If a product needs to be returned, the following guidelines clearly explain the procedure.  

Return Eligibility    

Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed state, with all accompanying tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

  • All packaging, labels, and tags must be included in their original form.  
  • Items that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any way are not accepted for return.  
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team within this period.  
  • Items not complying with these conditions will automatically be declined for return.  

Return Request Process  

Step 1: Submit Your Request    
Send an email with your Order ID and the reason for return pickngohub@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Proof    
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, attach clear supporting images for quicker verification.  

Step 3: Follow Given Instructions    
After your request is approved, you will receive detailed guidance on how to complete the return process.  

Please note, returns that fail to match these criteria may be rejected.  

Refund Procedure and Timeline  

Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo inspection to confirm compliance with our return policy. After review, you will be informed whether your refund request has been accepted or denied. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, followed by a confirmation email once the transfer is finalized.  

Partial Refund Conditions    

If a product only partially fulfills the eligibility requirements—such as cases of minor damage or incomplete packaging—a partial refund may be offered, subject to our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items    

Should your order arrive defective, damaged, or different from what was purchased, you must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs or videos of the concern to our team via email for prompt resolution.
